Installation

This form plugin is designed for Moodle versions from 4.x to 5.x . If you haven't installed Moodle yet, please go to Moodle's official documentation and follow the step-by-step instructions to set it up.

Install the Plugin:

• Go to Site administration → Plugins → Install plugins.
• Choose Install plugin from ZIP file.
• Upload the ZIP file named modnicefrom.zip.
• Click Install plugin from the ZIP file.
• Complete the installation and upgrade the Moodle database as prompted.

Access the Form Plugin:

• Navigate to any course → Add activity or resource→ Nice Form.
• Add name to your form.
• Go to design tab and start designing your form.
