Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme:

All intellectual property rights remain with the original author.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed on the Moodle Plugins Directory or the official sales platform
  • Payments are processed through the designated payment provider Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Delivery

  • After successful purchase, the theme will be available for download through the platform
  • Delivery is digital; no physical product will be shipped

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product:

  • All sales are generally final and non-refundable
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of critical, reproducible issues that prevent the theme from functioning as described and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

7. Compatibility

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with unsupported versions, third-party plugins, or heavily customized Moodle installations
