Assignments

The Assignments section provides a detailed overview of all assignments available in the course. It helps administrators and course managers review assignment settings, monitor grading progress, and compare participant results across multiple assignments.

Assignments Overview

At the top of the section, you can view:

• Total assignments
• Assignments with a due date
• Team assignments
• Overall grading progress

What You Can See

For each assignment, you can view:

• Assignment name
• Assignment type
• Passing grade or grading criteria
• Due date
• Cut-off date
• Team submission status
• Anonymous grading status
• Number of participants
• Number of graded participants

Viewing Participant Grades

Select View beside an assignment to display detailed participant information, including:

• Full name
• Email address
• Group membership
• Submission status
• Grade
• Pass or fail result
• Graded date

Participant and grade information is retrieved dynamically according to the assignment configuration and the active report filters.

Assignment Table Customization

You can customize the Assignments table using the report preferences. This allows you to:

• Choose which assignment columns are displayed
• Hide columns that are not required
• Reorder the assignment columns

The assignment export follows the same column visibility and order configured for the table.

Compare Assignments

The Compare Assignments feature allows you to select and compare two or more assignments.

The comparison displays:

• Full name
• Email address
• Grade for each selected assignment
• Pass or fail result, when available

This makes it easier to review participant performance across multiple assignments from one table.

Export to Excel

You can export:

• The assignments table
• Participant grades for an individual assignment
• Assignment comparison results

Exports respect the active report filters. The main assignments export also respects the configured column visibility and order.

The Assignments section works with the existing report filters, including:

• Enrollment status
• Enrollment date
• Groups
• Country
• Custom user profile fields
